At GreenLaFleur Homecare our service staff is comprised primarily of PSWs (Personal Support Workers), nurses, nutritionists, client supervisors and administrators. With this team, we offer premier homecare service to our clients that choose to be home instead of moving.

Our employees are supported 24/7 by supervisory staff. Furthermore, caregivers are trained in First Aid/CPR, Alzheimer’s and other Dementia care, disability assistance, and more. They are also covered by liability insurance and WSIB.

We are always recruiting for trustworthy Caregivers that are committed to excellent client care, are compassionate, friendly and love caring for our seniors’ clients.

We apply a rigorous screening process and training for the front line team and expect them to be bonded.
