We are a Canadian company that specializes in elder care. For over 10 years we have provided compassionate, customized care to older adults who wish to age in the comfort and security of their own homes. GreenLafleur also supports clients who choose to live in retirement homes and assisted living facilities.

Where and what services do we provide?
Our services include personal support, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, mobility support, post-hospital care and palliative care

Our services are available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day. We provide service across the GTA including Aurora, Etobicoke, Markham, Newmarket, North York, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, Thornhill, Toronto and Woodbridge.
How do I know GreenLaFleur provides a high quality of care?
We meet internationally recognized standards for excellence in the delivery of service. Before hiring, our caregivers are thoroughly vetted, including background and reference checks. Once hired, they complete a rigorous training program and are supported by a nurse, 24/7.
How can I hire a GreenLaFleur caregiver?

What is a free in-home consultation?
GreenLaFleur offers you a free in-home consultation before you become a client to access immediate needs and gather an understanding of your or your loved one’s current health situation.

If I book a free in-home consultation, do I have to purchase home care services?
No. Our in-home consultation is free and is entirely without obligation.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract with GreenLaFleur?
No. You can cancel your services with us at any time.
Do you send caregivers to facilities such as retirement homes, long-term care or hospitals?
Yes. If your loved one needs care in these facilities, we are there to provide services.
Can I change caregivers?
If you believe the caregiver is not a fit, we will be happy to discuss the situation and replace the caregiver as appropriate.
What other languages do your caregivers speak aside from English?
We have a diverse workforce who speak many languages. Specific language requirements can be discussed during your initial consultation.
How much will care services cost my family?
Each client has unique needs and care plans are designed accordingly. We normally charged an hourly rate with a 4-hour minimum. Call us at 416-805-6721 to determine your needs, and we will be glad to provide all the information you need.
Are home care services tax-deductible?
Some home care services are tax deductible. The best option is to check with your tax advisor or CRA to determine if you qualify for a tax deduction. GreenLafleur does provide annual receipts for client tax purposes.
Can I use my insurance coverage to pay for these services?
Each insurance policy is different, and some plans do cover some home care costs. Call us at 416-805-6721 to help you determine if our services are covered under your current plan.
